This website presents information about Ticket360, its ticketing solutions and its help center. Tickets are purchased through the official Ticket360 sales channels, and each event follows the rules published on its own page.
To buy tickets you must create an account with truthful information and verify your e-mail and mobile number. Your password is personal and you are fully responsible for keeping it secure.
Orders are analysed for security. Orders with inconsistent information may remain under analysis or be cancelled and refunded; orders refused by credit partners, or from accounts with chargeback history, are rejected. The number of tickets per person is set by the event organiser.
Event pages show prices, opening times, minimum age and line-up. Additional details, such as set times, parking or food, are the responsibility of the venue and the organiser.
Ticket360 is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the official points of sale. Transfer is intended for the use of the ticket, not for resale outside the official resale feature.
A service fee of 10% to 20% of the ticket price covers costs directly related to the service, such as the administration of the platform, and is shown before payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code, and disputes shall be settled in the courts of São Paulo – SP.
