A virtual box office at the event
Besides the website and the app, tickets can be sold through our physical sales channel — the Virtual Box Office — which accepts credit cards (Brazilian and international) and PIX, with the same order checks used online.
At the entrance, Ticket360 coordinators help buyers who need to validate a purchase: if the card PIN cannot be found on the statement, the buyer can present an official photo ID together with the card used for the purchase.
